John Radko, chief technology strategist at GXS, advises the GXS’ leadership team on technology and coordinates and encourages technology advancement across the full range of GXS product lines. These include hosted supply chain automation applications, electronic document interchange (EDI) services and business-to-business (B2B) integration products.
John previously led the architecture and construction of the GXS Internet Commerce Platform (ICP), a standards-based infrastructure for provisioning GXS’ hosted Internet services. During the ICP project, Mr. Radko played a significant role in shifting the engineering teams to open standards and the Java programming language for all new development.
Prior to this, John held a variety of technical leadership positions within GXS.
Mr. Radko’s career began at GE, of which GXS was once a subsidiary, in one of the company’s technical leadership development programs. Mr. Radko earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
